She didn't film sitting on the beach like she always films? I’m so glad I’m not crazy. I peeped a lot about her these past couple of months. She's full of ish and finally people are catching on to Krista Boyd and her bs. She is a fake and so secretive and I honestly used to like her until I realized she was a racist. Her dwindling views are what Krista deserves.

When Nomi says "community," I got the feeling she doesn't mean personal friends to socialize with, but familiar places she enjoys visiting, like her favorite restaurants, her favorite track, her favorite gym -- just physical surroundings where she feels at home and comfortable. Also, she is willing to say hi to fans or other nomads in her travels, but again, that doesn't mean she wants to spend a lot of time socializing with either of them. So I see no contradiction in her saying she is a loner. Buying a second vehicle doesn't mean she doesn't want to be recognized by her fans. Obviously, she needs followers to be successful on KZbin. What she meant was she wanted the other vehicle because it was more stealth for city camping, making her less likely to get the "knock," better on gas, and better on rougher roads. I don't necessarily trust everything she says, either, but the points you are picking at seem petty and are easily explained. It's as if you are scraping the barrel to find something to criticize.

Haha! She has no interest in interacting with any of her subscribers because she’s “very shy.” Based on the comments on a Reddit thread about her, people probably wouldn’t recognize her in public anyway because she uses a lot of filters to change her appearance in her videos. Makes herself look years younger with smooth skin and also makes herself look thinner. If you haven’t seen the Reddit thread, it’s gold! Also agree that her Alaska adventure is boring. Not sure why people tune in to see her talking in the car while driving, showing her hand on the steering wheel, and pointing to the same scenery over and over. She is such a lazy content creator. Other creators are also headed to Alaska. Trent the Traveler and Adventure Time Loui are two that I’ve seen. They are actually camping out, cooking, kayaking, and being adventurous while learning about the towns they travel through. “Nomi” just drives to a body of water, points to it and constantly repeats, “Isn’t it beautiful?” So lazy. And she continues the fraud of “I’m sleeping in this car,” while also making sure she stops overnight close to towns with hotels. Her channel is a train wreck waiting to happen, and it will be all her fault.

I always laugh at the comments on her videos when people say things like, “If you’re ever in my area, I’d love to meet you and you can park in my driveway.” There’s zero indication that she’s interested in meeting or really interacting with subscribers. She’s in it for the money. In her latest video, where she’s making the drive to Alaska as boring as one can make it, she spliced in fake footage of a black bear sighting. The reason it’s fake is because it’s so sudden, no indication of a possible sighting to lead into the bear sighting, and her voice is clearly a “voice-over.” Also, it’s unclear where she shot the footage. Was she in her car? Was she outside of the car? There’s also no indication where she was on the Alcan highway and the landscape and weather conditions look different from the driving conditions before and after the sighting. She copied this “bear sighting” idea from Trent the Traveler, who actually did see a brown bear on his way to Alaska and he shows himself in his van with the bear in the distance. You have to mock this bear sighting!! 😂

I also find it strange that she keeps using a thumbnail photo that proclaims, “No one knows I live in here.” Well, if you’re parked out in a isolated desert area or in the wilderness and you’re staying there for long periods of time, getting out to cook out of the back of the vehicle, and fold laundry, what would people think? There’s no way people would think the vehicle is abandoned. This makes no sense whatsoever and it is simply her overdoing the “I live in a Subaru” theme. She thinks that if she keeps repeating a lie it will seem like the truth. “No one knows I live in here” only makes sense for stealth camping, which she never does.

She finally broke out the drone on her latest video. I guess desperate times call for desperate measures…
