I miss JB Hutto....he was great! Was this video filmed at a blues club in WRJ, VT? It looks familar. JB Hutto played there in the 80's.

I had the good luck and honor to perform with these great New Bedford jazz musicians. Bobby Green, John Harrison, Danny Schartz, Dean Cassel (my first bass student). Not sure who the drummer is. But Herbie King and Bobby Carrero were a few of the great drummers I played with back in the early seventies in Coleus. Bobby Green was a bigger than life sax master and the King of Mr. Cool. Miss those fun days in Coleus.

It was an Epiphone guitar. Between Jbs Butter colored Telecaster . And the single cutaway Gibson wood natural guitar I roadyed as J. B, s Friend and stagehanded a little bit. I miss my Beloved Friend, my mentor, My Slide wizard Confidante. God bless Joseph Benjamin Hutto and Mrs. Lullabelle Hutto. Eternally. Lovingly, remembered. Always. With each sunrise. SILVERTONE STEVE! I saw him with Cub Koda at Mr. C's in Lowell the same year. And then he sold me a record at Cheapo's. Busy guy.
