I love to hear the thought process behind one’s layouts. My plans are always the same, work and church. I enjoy seeing other optional layouts in order to maximize my Planner. I enjoyed this video.

A paring knife works best for cutting them :) Just start on one size and cut all of the way around until you reach where you started.

Microwave your squash for about 4 to 5 minutes and it's way easier to cut open.

Only critique i have is that you don't wash your vegetables... Especially the ones in the bags... Although most say prewashed, they normally are washed with Chlourine... so you should always give them an extra wash...

This is so true and i sometimes believe they don't pre-wash they just say that on the package I've gotten some not so good salad mixes that's why i double wash all salad mixes and veggies and even meats you just halft to be careful ...

I loved this! So what calorie category are you in? I would love to see more of your meal preps! After my third baby, I successfully lost almost 40 pounds with this program, so now after my fifth baby I am going back to what I have been successful at with the 21 Day Fix!!
