there are 6 city drift tracks in the "collectors edition" of the game, only in quick race , no mod

thanks for the suggestion, but the supra took me months to get used to, every car in the game feels completely different so it takes a long time to get used to each one, i will go back to the corvette and Evo, ill probably add the db9 eventually but i need to get used to it first

@@2ccd4be the gears are all set to top speed, im not sure if its just the PC version of the game, but when ride height is set to 67 it shortens the gears slightly and you reach redline at slightly lower speed. I prefer it that way because it seems like a subtle difference compared with the other ride heights and I dont think it affects top speed that much because i was able to reach 411 kph with this setup

I was wrong about the gears, at 67 the rpms dont change but it feels like i have more grip at sloghtly lower rpms, at 58 car is too loose but it doesnt feel like rpms are affected 75 and above too much grip car is difficult to turn but it doesnt feel like rpms are affected, the only other one that felt like it affected the rpms was 83 but it was too low to the ground and had too much grip

@@ramboishot3076 cool, i think manual can be slightly more controllable at higher speed, i crash all the time too, i usually do 8 laps when practicing but i never record them. Its probably better to aim for higher speeds and crash while practicing than to aim for lower speeds and do a complete lap

thank you, its really difficult at first but if you start with one track and aim for higher speeds from the beginning you can get used to it very fast

I remember waiting for this game to come out getting it and hating it cause it felt like it drove about 100x slower than Underground 2 i need to get a copy and play it again that looks well better than what i can remember

you have more grip at higher speeds and higher rpm, you stay at full throttle most of the time and lift off to get more rotation entering the turns

Irl this is power slide, a kind of "drift" but that is actually possible for keyboard users, they made it cuz its impossible to make a consistent drift in a keyboard, and drifting even with a controller is still hard tho, so they made the power slide, but its still cool 🤓🤙
