If you really want to know if this works? Am here to confirm it. I did this excercise in 2021 for two weeks. I lost 4kgs. But i lost routine and gained weight from my poor earing habits. Am here Dec 2024 and im ready to change for good. I know this works and it works fast

I used that video 5 years ago (or more) and digged it again now.. just love it still... even if my body is not anymore what it used to be but your energy is contagious and put joy in while doing the painful (sometimes) exercises for me!! for the moment, back to 5 min sessions with you as I cannot do more (backpain and knees) , but following you makes me happier in the mornings!!! i remember doing this at 14, 5’0 140 pounds, by doing this every night drinking only water and wheat bread and turkey (a few cheat foods here and there but only a few bites to satisfy the craving) by 16 i was 115 pounds and i had an hourglass figure. i will forever be grateful for this video. now i’m 23 and back to my original weight so im back here.

Just switched over from Chloe Ting since I wasn’t really feeling the burn anymore! Excited to get better at this one! Dec 8: made it through- want to get legs straight for toe touches and get legs lower for the first exercise! Looking forward to good improvement!!

Dec 10: made it through all of them but can’t keep legs straight for the leg extension ones and the v sit is so much work for my quads! can’t wait to see improvement. Feel much more core burn which I like!!!

Dec 11: rest day so I did all of the exercises except for Russian twists (just held myself straight for that workout). Definitely sweating a whole bunch! V crunches looked better today. Hamstrings/quads are still tight tho

Dec 12: man is this such a workout! skipped only the Russian twists. Did 1 plank only and did all of the side planks. Tryna keep the oblique work kinda low. Feeling good!

Dec 13: did the whole thing except the Russian twists (kept it still for the second one) and didn’t do the first regular plank. Did all the side planks tho! Feeling good!! Can definitely see the improvement in the V sit.

Dec 14: did it all the way through for my rest day (didn’t do the twisting motion for Russian twists). feeling much better about the v sit. leg drop (the first exercise is always so ass lol can’t engage core right away- excited to see improvement?!)
