Love this advertisement. My parents moved in at the height of COVID and my brothers and sisters could not be more thrilled. Most importantly, my parents are happy. Yes, it has been hard during COVID, but WCBAY made sure everyone had the vaccine when they came available. No hassle at all for my parents. Whereas, when I talk to so many of my friends their 75-year-old parents are struggling to make appointments etc. Now that the residents have all had their shots, we can visit with them. And my parents have joined lunch groups, golf groups, and making new lifelong friends. Why wait is the perfect campaign slogan, because it is so true. Why wait! Just another quick personal addition, when we were touring WCBAY, the Nursing Home area sold me (as a daughter). I never want to see my parents have to be in a situation where they would need a nursing home, but IF (or when) they do - WCBAY was the best I have ever seen. It looks like a resort vs. a nursing facility. Lovely sitting areas, common areas, beautiful colors, and smiles on all the staff's faces. I cried tears of relief because I knew in this place they would be cared for better than I could do it and better than any other place I had toured or experienced in the past.
