What happens if the Geeni app itself sees the network (2.4 GHz) but can't connect to it? I can't re-pair a light after getting a new router. I go into one of the devices that still work & under it's settings I click "Check the Network" and get the first 2 check marks but the 3rd for "Detects Network Connection Status" fails saying the current network is unusable. I've rebooted the modem & router etc and everything else can use the network including my phone that the Geeni app is installed on except for the Geeni app. Only 1 smart bulb got unpaired & I can't pair it again because of this but the rest of my house lights still work fine for now using the Geeni app. But I'm sure if one of the other devices gets unpaired for any reason I'll have the same issue since the Geeni app can't use my network anymore (after getting a Wi-Fi 6 router).

These lights are so dam useless I’m about to take mine outside and shatter it. My fuckin power goes out every other day for some dumass reason and this shit takes an hour to reconfigure every time and now it won’t even reconnect. I’m done. I absolutely give tf up

Seems to me the bulbs are outdated for 2.4ghz most internet companies don’t offer it only 5ghz . 5g connects to the strip light but it won’t connect to the those old bulbs u have to get one that’s 5ghz capable

Buyers beware. This should be on your do not buy list. They WONT WORK at 2.4 ghz nor whatever anyone says. My phone can see them no issue but the app (pice of garbage) won't. My product name: atomi smart wall lights. At least they "work" as normal lights should ugh... Oh yeah I tried on Android and IPhone same bs issues.

This shit doesn’t work.

I've two bulbs that worked fine then all of a sudden, then were not seen in the genie app. So I've done every method known to get in working and the furthest I get is to when the app finds the bulb, I put in my wifi password and it finds it, cause the bulb stops flashing, but it always says it fails.

There was nothing in this video that isn't in the user's manual.

Maybe you can help. I've tried with tech support, uninstalled/installed app multiple times. Since getting a new router, I can't seem to get past where it wants the name and password to the wifi. I try hitting the button, but it doesn't do anything.

I think I just have a bad bulb because 3 of my bulbs connected but my 4th bulb didn’t, yes I’m on 2.4 yes they are on the same network tried manually. Easy mode everything for 2 hrs straight and I just can’t get it to work even tried different rooms
