Sundays are my days of exercise rest and Chair Yoga fills that gap by focusing on ME: my thoughts, and my body as it relates to them ,guided by your excellent, easy to follow directions. I've done two of your Yoga routines today and plan on several more. Always, and thank you!...Anastasia

I didn't know the video ended as i had closed my eyes when you asked us to. A cue to open the eyes will help . I opened suddenly and it kinda again brought in anxiety 🙃

I have been struggling with chronic anxiety and my doctor suggested that I try this before I am put on meds cause my condition is getting worse day by day. I couldn't sleep well and had chest pains but after doing this I slept like a baby. I was able to feel relaxed. Thanks a lot.

Such great videos. Is it my imagination or do you still change them a little bit once in a while? I use them everyday with my patients at a state psychiatric hospital. They've made a big difference in awareness. Thank you for such a lovely tool.

During yoga session how can You tube put an ad? It is risky for health to end the session and try to restart it.

The yoga poses are perfect, music great, just not sure why he is wearing street clothes and not some comfortable workout clothes. It didn't relax me seeing him dressed in jeans and shirt.

Did this practice for the first time this morning and loved it! Really like the body scan part at the end, but it works a little differently for me - as I bring my awareness to each area of my body, movement happens! It’s a way for me to work out some more kinks, literally and figuratively! Really appreciating your videos 👍. Thank you so much!

Thank you for this calming exercise. I use it with my elementary students for a break or for physical education. I have been using this video for years, especially when students were having a bad day. LOL! Some were falling asleep.
