New subscriber here. I’m a physically disabled man in my mid-30s. I’m also a virgin who’s never been on a date or kissed a woman do to confidence and self-esteem issues related to my physical disability. A lot of what you discuss on your channel interests me, and that’s no exaggeration. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by human behavior in general, especially communication. I recently just discovered that I have anxious attachment personality traits. Given that I have these traits I’ve learned that it’s normal for people like me to struggle setting boundaries, and then I also am a people pleaser at times too. Needless to say, I’m going to learn a ton from your channel and I’m very excited about that! Please keep up the phenomenal work on this channel. It’s needed and appreciated.

Thank you for opening up and sharing this with me. As you can tell, I am as passionate about human behavior and communication as you are ! I love that we can continuously learn about ourselves and grow. It's been a very interesting journey for me to learn how to set boundaries and assert myself as I've been a people pleaser most of my life.. I'm the living proof that we can change eheh! Also, I think it's important we don't lock ourselves in this one box and practice self compassion on our way to do better. it's always a journey, with ups and downs, and the most important for me is that we do our best with what we have! This resonates quite a lot 😅 I’ve left a high position in corporate world 3 months ago because I felt that I was loosing myself. And it was the scariest thing I ever done. And exciting at times. Now I’m working on finding myself and it’s not that easy. It’s scary to say - I have the freedom to do everything- without knowing what exactly sparks your light. But when the fear is asleep, it’s such a nice feeling of freedom and surrender😊
