I worked at a gallery which had Mike McDonald's Butterfly Garden featured as an installation; funny thing is, there were way more butterflies outside the garden than in it, and the indigeous artists who were there at the time all said he was pretending to be Native....makes you wonder....Seems to be a lot of that about lately.

News to me, and this certainly changes the narrative it’s learned about the innovative and isolated Group of Seven. Glad to give the women credit!

This is a classic example of how not to do a video. Such an amazing subject, and yet narrated in a monotonic voice without any passion.

Was disappointed in the sound quality and wondered why this was filmed from such a distance. How about a close up of the painting to look at while the information is narrated. I want to see the painting, not watch someone read from printed pages....I wonder if this was even reviewed before it was posted. I expected so much more from the AGA.

Hi Trudy, thanks for your comment; we appreciate the feedback! Please consider turning on closed captioning to assist with the audio. For more Rembrandt content, check out the first of our six-part series here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqjcgmR7q690oK8

This is where my mom's family is from. My great grandparents came to Rockyford in 1919, from Washington state.

During exams last semester i was super stressed studying in library, i took a break and walked around the nickle arts museum and saw this playing from afar, and as i got closer i was like "that reminds me of Rockyford" and as i got closer i was like "holy fuck that is Rockyford", i ended up sitting there watching for a good 20 min pretending to be back in my home town and it was the best stress relieving study break ever. The End.
