I just wonder if you ever surprise yourself when you play back these recordings. Absolutely amazing!

This guy must be the best musician on KZbin of all time in terms of creativity and variety of how many instruments he can play, this dude played a literal saw and a bass with a spinning fretboard to give some examples and has some of the most creative lines I’ve ever heard

Another disgusting bass jam from Charles. I have considered him the best bassist since the first time I ever heard him master the bass. Hands down "yes the best"

My bil turned me on to your work. And I mean work. It never comes easy and it' s obvious how much overtime has been acquired. You are a good keyboard player too. Which instrument did you learn first?

Take notice all you 5 and 6 stringers out there. 4 strings on most of this stuff. Amazing! I’ve been a session player and touring player for decades. Never heard the bass played like this. Not Jaco, Berlin, Patitucci or Brunel could do this stuff! It’s clear he’s spent hours a day for years to reach this level and can play keys as well which always helps. Haven’t heard him with any major artists yet as not much of a call in the real world for this kind of playing but very cool to listen too and he doesn’t really need a band! 😂
