i think that the reason why there are not cutscenes in arcade mode is because most of them got used instead in super story

Really solid additions to the existing content. The translation's a little jilted and the dialogue system has some problems (Dialogue repeating after the Polnareff-DIO fight in particular stood out), but that's just kind of a '90s thing.

I love how there’s no cutscenes like between HH besides the last part, but I hate how he’s one of the characters that’s not in the story. Makes sense though when the whole story is about defeating DIO or getting the Jostars.
