One thing that helped Simba was remembering who he truly was-the son of the King of the Jungle, Mufasa. Similarly, you are a child of the King, Jesus. You were created in His image and designed with a plan uniquely for you. So, there’s no need to fear my friend. God is with you!🫵🏾

Reading. In fact, this book was the second book that I read two years ago to obtain more knowledge (Think and Grow Rich was the first). I did this by saying “I am someone who enjoys reading”. I love Atomic Habits and I think you did a great job breaking it down in an easy to digest way!

Self love. I made it a habit to deflect any self hating comments my subconscious would throw my way. It started off very difficult, but years later I am so much happier! 1% better each day
