I think salary and overtime depends upon the NHS trust, band5 nurse also get the same salary? The cost of living is also high and if the wife is toxic than husband need to work for survival

Some nurses they tolerate all the odd things in the hospital by keeping their mouthshut and release the frustration on the husband and kid this is really bad in this way the family life will also get disturbed Eg my Wife
