The worst part is that he knew his career was over after that, the final injury that broke the camel's back...

It's good to see him getting every players involved in the game. Making it a joy to watch. He was no one man defeat all type for sure. But he made the game more fun.

Lin was great when he saw court time. Cannot believe Lin pulled from the starting lineup. But coach Byron Scott was the great tank commander those two seasons, under direction from Kobe and Lakers front office.

I'm just guessing, but i think JLin gets injured a lot because of the way he plays. You can't keep hitting the ground and bumping into larger players like that without getting injured. You might get away with it if you're 18, but i think he was 30 at the time.

Saw him shoot 9 threes in Philly and he stopped shooting. He appeared to be embarrassed that he was in the zone. Should have been able to continue career.

thats gut wrenching to watch. i couldnt imagine how much time and effort it takes to even be competitive in todays professional sports and to know you have only a finite amount of time before youre past your prime. Added to the stereotypes he must have had to endure to even get a chance to play in the NBA. Regardless he has helped break the color barrier even further, bring hope to those minorities, daring them to dream.

I know this is 7 years late but it's just weird that these Hornets players, coaches, and the fans don't seem to realize what a LEGEND MICHAEL JORDAN was in his era. I grew up watching the likes of Larry Bird and Magic Johnson and then in the 90's Jordan ruled!!! He was the most marketable athlete of all time!!! He made Nike a household name and his "Air Jordan" sneakers are iconic!!! I would be going nuts if I had the chance to be in the same gym with him!!!

God glorified him at New York. He trained very hard and hope to continue to glorify God through his basketball engagement at NBA. But little did he know that he was actually pursuing further personal achievement and glorification in NBA in the pretext of glorifying God. God demonstrated once and for all this is not His plan for Jeremy. So you see him getting injured seriously in the first game of the season. Coincidence? Subsequently Jeremy actually went to D-league and got superb results and yet got no offer. Was it racism at its worst or was it God's Hand at work? God meant for him to be his Ambassador to China and Taiwan and other countries. Thats what came to my mind today. Is it all my hallucinated thinking or .........

Lin is a role model. He got everything for being one of the best players. He has a very high basketball IQ, athletics, good drives, jump shots midrange, 3 points, passing, fakes, defense but most important a nice character.
@JayStorms Жыл бұрын
Atleast he was able to win 1 title while in the NBA. Alot of great player over the decade couldn't even get 1 ring. Lin deserves it he showed up and played. Now he playing overseas and still putting up good numbers. I would rather see him back in the NBA league than Dwight Howard. Both are playing overseas now there trying to down size Dwight Howard contract cause he too lazy to play!!! But he wants to come back to the NBA yeah good luck buddy!!!
