My favorite thing about the editing community is their fascination of upscale n 4k settings and still churn out poor quality edits. Like i get it you dont really know so u look online to get help except the help ur getting is from people who also dont know jack squat about what it means to have a 4k quality edit. Adding extra color saturation and sharpen while editing an upscaled clip that cooks the details isnt 4k. To have a 4k edit is striking a fine balance of clarity and a level of sharpness of the video while simultaneously fixing issues like low bitrate and video compression/artifacts. Even more so compounded if you can take a clip from dog poop 720p and make the image crispy at 1080 or higher. Here's a sample quality test of taking a video from 720p and putting it in 1080 while removing compression and increasing bitrate ontop of a cc that adjusts in color, which, if your source is bad, will show a level of blockiness to the colors as they shift but I have done it so it wont. This is what "4k" quality looks like streamable.com/fhuams
