They better get a TON of security at this location. This place will attract a lot of riff raff. Rough area, and they will have to really lower the room rates during the summer especially. That’s when trouble will occur. Not a wise decision to build in this area.

It's a one time fill then most is recycled. We need the masses (people) to stop with waste. Pools overflowing....sprinklers

Oh Margie! How I miss our talks. You were my mentor and role model as an entrepreneur business women. Now years later I started own business and you inspired me. You will be missed. I have a daughter now and took her once to see your place. The roses are gone just like you. Writing this gives me closure, because I never got to say goodbye.
