It looks nice but it sounds worse or quieter then stock… you can still hear the shitty squeaking /squealing noise these shitty 6.4 engines make when they are cold. I bet that was $800-$1000 and you hid the tips so it doesn’t look good from outside and it sounds stock. Makes no sense

Where do you get the switch to run the trolling motor? Also do you have a cable to raise the trolling motor if you need to while your in the water?
@PwWgn064 жыл бұрын
Bobby Walters Insurance the switch is the same one in the head of the trolling motor. I just used a stove knob after mounting it under the yak. I didn’t used a cable to lift the motor. I had the motor pulled high enough that the kayak would bottom out before the motor hit.

John, props for a well done video...you've got good taste brother. I have a '17 as well, although not a PW. How many miles do you plan on putting on your truck before parting with it? I keep reading about both the 5.7 and 6.4 hemi engines wearing prematurely due to the mds and poor lifter design. I'll be parting with mine before the powertrain warranty ends.
@PwWgn065 жыл бұрын
Colby Thomason it’s funny you ask that question. I’m already looking at trading her in for a 19’ 2500 Cummins. I’ve had no issues with the truck so far but the mpg is killing me as a daily driver averaging 13mpg not to include single digits if towing. This will happen within the next 3 months.
