I wish I had known about this over a decade ago. As a teenager, I LOVED High Chaparral because it was ethnically inclusive, with a central figure who believed that Apaches, Mexicans, and white invaders like himself on their lands could all live together in peace. It was aspirational, and though in these times somewhat mysogenistic, it was a huge breakthrough in addressing racial issues. Not to mention, the characters were vivid, fully dimensional, and gave us great, great entertainment. Thank you Penny, for uploading this reunion ad. I only wish I'd known about it sooner. Thank you.
