I love the car but $100k mark-up is just mind blowing. But with only 350 of them produced it was expected because it’s the trend now for high demand and low supply cars.

Lot of lies around this car. Burt didn't "own" it from late 70s to whenever. This was one of the cars he got paid to register which he did for $ for a fair amount of ppl. The interior was not left as Burt left it because they didn't come with deluxe seats with standard door panels and those seat covers are from PUI you can tell by the incorrect grain and rounded headrest area.

I’m not a car historian but this is what the current owner herself told me only about 10 minutes before it went down the sell lanes on Mecum Auctions and that’s exactly what they said on the mic. So that means someone is lying.

This is a Type S. The owner changed the badges. And he even was interviewed by the Honda R$D Team getting feedbacks from Type S owners for the new Type S they are considering building.
