there is a locking button on the back side of that it keeps your cable locked in you have to knock that pipe out so not to depress it.

I have never seen a lock for the cable… just for the mount itself

If Starlink cables are not designed and fabricated to "securely snap" into place without having to stick tape on the sleeve like it's a POS extension cord at WalMart, and it's supposed to be rated to withstand all types of climates, the cable is most certainly NOT engineered extremely well. And especially, when you're paying a buck a foot for proprietary cable they purposely DO NOT sell extension adapters, so they can bleed your wallet. Fuck Elon Musk!!

So what does this cause? My brother has satellite disconnection every minute. Worked great for 3 weeks before this.

Same… got mine in November and I have the obstruction every 2 minutes or so… super fast the other times, but that disruption drives me nuts
