Be careful with XPRES. We bought BN20 DTF Printer from them. The printer did not work and refused to change the printer only offered us repair we are waiting for court hearing in Royal Court of Justice. DON'T TRUST XPRES

Another meaningless product video🤷‍♀️ Frequent use of, "Genuine", implies you won't own it: locked into their ink and media supply - that's all I learned. Who is it for? Why would I want it? How do I pick from the range? What is the cost breakdown and is there support or is this going to be history next year?

what did you put to the tumbler to sublimate it? do you try to wash it after?

The design is printed with sublimation inks onto sublimation paper in mirror. The paper is then positioned and heat taped directly onto the bottle before pressing. When pressing with our recommended settings, the heat causes the ink from the paper to penetrate the surface and embeds itself into the polyester coating of the bottle. This means you cannot feel the print on the surface of the bottle (or any other sublimation product) and this has a long lasting durability. We do however only recommend a hand wash with this product.

How do you get the ink off the silicone protected sheet?

The silicone sheets are there to protect the garment/ blank from burning and to stop ink being transferred onto the heat press. When sublimating you need to use a new sheet every time. There isn’t a way of getting the ink off the sheets.

The protection paper used was XP2028 Silicone Heat Press Protection Sheets

The printer at my work they can't see a cutcontour and can't cut it :( I Made it with Illustrator CS6. Process/spot color (called it Cutcontour) - 100% magenta - -0,3mm cutcontour - (at save, format TIFF 8 bit/transparant, Embed fonts, Transparency Overprints: Preserve Language 3 and check every box!) Can anyone tell me what I need to do, or what the printer people do wrong?
