You should just put up one video on a loop because they are all the same. We get it, the riverwalk plenty of restaurants and bars. Show us some of the units available and show us the amenities and unique things the building complexes have to offer.

Carrollwood Village is where they dumped all of the construction trash and debris from building surrounding houses. It was used to fill multiple sinkholes and lowlands/wetlands. I saw them doing it with my own eyes in the late 70s. Buyer beware.

I’m from Texas planning a trip out there for both sea world & Busch gardens what area should I stay in Tampa or Orlando or somewhere in the middle we still plan on hitting a few beaches

Thanks for the video. Have they started actually building any of the commercial part of the downtown yet? (People/realtors on KZbin keep saying there’s lots coming to Parrish, but how long will it take to get here? For example, plans for the hospital were approved over two years ago, but they still haven’t started building it. Just wondering if it will be the same situation with Avalon Park. Glad you managed expectations that it will take four years.)

You guys keep saying Taylor Morrison is a tier 1 builder when all the research I have been doing says they are, at minimum a tier 2. Lennar, which I would never buy, and DR Horton are tier 1 and I would not put TM in their category. But to me, and more importantly, the research shows they are the number one (#1) builder in the country for quality. So that makes them on the tip of tier 2 closer to tier 3. Please look into this to confirm as I am just a guy looking to move to the area so I have been doing an insane amount of research. Thanks

I have lived in Riverview for almost 10 years. Over that time, I have witnessed the steady DECLINE in this area! The traffic situation is horrible! It can take over an hour to get 15 miles down the road! Forget it if something happens on the interstate. You will be stuck for hours! I would not encourage anyone to move to Riverview, Fl. especially if they are looking for peace and quiet.

Thank you for sharing this amazing video. My sister in law and nieces have been living there for over 20 years and never moved back to NY. And I can see why. I miss say, I never thought Tampa had so much to see and do. Great job
