Hi ! Great videos of DTSP condos and the most walkable Florida DT, on the bay ! We just bought in Italy directly based upon a walk thru video like yours. We have a top floor Bay view condo at the Beacon on 3rd, with 11' ceilings and majestic views and would be interested in your promotions. We love St Pete, but it's time for us to move on. Love your videos !

It is best to stay away from condos and homes that have HOA fees.

The assessments are worse than the HOA fees on condos. Wait until someone buys a condo in Fl. and gets hit with a 6 figure assessment for repairs that should have been done decades ago.

wow! realtors are still trying to get top dollar for Florida condos after the new law... good luck with that....lol please check the assessments before you buy, just rent!

I cant get over how insane HOAs fees are in florida. Four times what they should be. Because we all know hurricanes topple large concrete structures?

Those prices are astronomical. And you trying to sell them as such as comical a $700 HOA fee is nuts $460,000 condo you might as well put something up my butt! I make lots of money and I’m not stupid enough to pay those prices!

When I lived in St. Pete is was so gorgeous and I couldn’t believe how nice and clean !! Pretty expensive and I’m sure that hasn’t changed ! But after living here everywhere else just didn’t compare and seemed so dull. Can’t wait to get back !!

You should just put up one video on a loop because they are all the same. We get it, the riverwalk plenty of restaurants and bars. Show us some of the units available and show us the amenities and unique things the building complexes have to offer.

Carrollwood Village is where they dumped all of the construction trash and debris from building surrounding houses. It was used to fill multiple sinkholes and lowlands/wetlands. I saw them doing it with my own eyes in the late 70s. Buyer beware.
