Yes. It's just that the new patch (1.007.000) "corrected" some "wrongs". And it's just happened that I was recording this video and was playing this game on my PS5 Pro.

Now GTA3 needs the ability to jump out of moving vehicles, the classic top view that the 2D gtas had, more pedestrians, going inside the safe house when saving the game like how LCS did, and police using spikes to stop wheels, if the developers can go that far. And custom soundtracks, a mission select and checkpoint system.

How is the frame rate and image quality? Any stutters? I know this game on the PS5 Ameteur performs really bad.

For me, the frame rate is about the same as the base PS5 with frame generation enabled; enabling it on the pro locks it to 120fps

I'm so glad they added this feature. The modern day/night lighting killed the atmosphere of the original games. I'm surprised they actually had the time to patch it in.

@@hiimpubg360 They did fix some bugs. Even some collision and texture issues. I'm playing it on the Xbox Series. At this point, GTA 3 is decent to play now and worth it, but it's still not quite at the quality it should be

@@hiimpubg360 Haven't played them yet, but I'd assume they're more playable now as well. Before the newest patch came in, Vice City was the most playable of the 3 games. San Andreas was easily the worst - it was still in bad shape

@ Vice City had that one glitch in that Cargo Collection mission that doesn't make you progress through the game hope they fixed it and the same with the invisible bridge in San Andreas

I'm not sure how much of latency there was. But 0.1 second = 100ms, which is close. If I recall correctly, the latency was about 200ms. Maybe 150ms ~ 200ms to be exact.

Thanks I've been waiting for someone to make this video! I recently got the Platinum 🏆 for this game after beating it years ago...😅. From the footage you uploaded... something definitely has been improved. I'd say the frame rate is smoother for sure and perhaps textures even though Returnal is not on the PS5 PRO "Enhanced" list. I play on a 55 inch A95K. Thanks again for your video. ❤❤❤

Did it stop your controller from losing signal ? and or disconnecting. Mine loses signal and almost disconnects unless I get closer or move something outta the way

@@jessegonzalez5740 Sadly, no. At least not totally fixed it. It was way better after this 'mod' but I letter found out that this old PS3 antenna has a tiny broken part. So I basically put everything back to what it was. However, since I thought it was my console having issue, so I bought another (brand new) one to letter found out they both have same issues when I put them in the "trouble spot". Then I tried to put the old PS5 to the center of my room and plan to use it as a VR-only console then I realized the interference issues had totally gone! But! As for the new PS5, I still put it in the "trouble spot" where it was near the window and it still exhibits same issues. TL;DR I'm guessing there was some (maybe a lot of) wireless signals outside that in the 2.4Ghz spectrum that causes the problem.

What do you mean "thanks to Unreal 5"?? that means nothing..... Unreal 5 games run smooth as butter on my very aging PC rig which is far below the spec of a PS5.... UE5 for the most part runs better than UE4

I did check it right after your first reply, and it was like, a minor update/patch. It was 1.002.000 iirc. and all I can see was that maybe you guys disabled the transparent / fog effects and fps was like, "slightly/ a touch" better at best. And it's been probably a week since then. I'm sorry I don't have all my life checking your GOOD PRODUCT every single day. Plus It's Chinese New Year now. I might check it a week later. About the "NOT FAIR" part though, all I can say is: maybe don't make your game run like shit next time. @@domynyo_official
