Doug Flutie was greatly underappreciated as a Star Quarterback in the NFL, I went to games when he was in the CFL with the British Columbia Lions (BC Lions) the man could play and play extremely well

The thing I always found interesting about Moss, Tom Brady swore that he was the smartest football player he ever played with. So all that physical talent and a cerebral football mind that understood the WR position so well!? It will be rare to see another one like Moss.

Rob Johnson was a useless, worthless, talentless hack propped up by the sports media in Buffalo and nationally, and victimized by a weak, spineless disgrace of a head coach who let the media make his starting QB decisions for him. Flutie was so underappreciated and screwed over by the organization (but never by the actual Bills fans!)

What a joke, Warren was a horrible pick up for the Vikings.

In my opinion, I did not been for the bouncy gate. I really think that the Super Bowl should’ve been Colts and the Vikings that would’ve been a very good game to see.

Flutie was a locker room cancer and thought way more highly of himself than his skill level. He wilted in big games and pretty much ended the Bears chance at a dynasty in the 80s.

The Metrodome supposedly had terrible acoustics, but the way the crowd noise becomes hollow and haunting is an acoustic triumph.

Funny cuz today's nfl, that "fumble" by the Bills with 2-something minutes left in 4th is 100% just an incomplete pass

If anyone was well placed to break the Bills super bowl curse it was Flutie. He was electric in Buffalo and tons of non Bills fans like myself started watching Bills games and rooting for them. Everybody wanted to see Flutie prove every NFL expert wrong. I remember a few college QBs I loved like Frost out of Nebraska that got the same treatment from the NFL over there size. I would guess that was part of the reason Tebow became so popular for a time. But the greedy Bills front office couldn't accept the Johnson deal they made for a fortune was a bust and had to start Johnson because he was too expensive to sit. Which was the front offices own fault for signing him for that much. Sadly for Bills fans/team the front office got exactly what they deserved. At least Flutie got that drop kick on his way out in New England

I think Cowher would've gone Chernobyl by now if he had to deal with the modern NFL reffing "standard". It's a wonder a player hasn't cold clocked some of these clowns they got wearing the stripes.
