I am going to tell a story that I warn young people not to repeat, or you will find yourself in jail if you do so !! I was 23 years old in 1986 when I saw White Heart in concert for their "Don't Wait For The Movie" tour, HAD A BLAST !! I LOVED the "Don't Wait For The Movie" album, so much so, that while driving home from work one day in 1986, I was rocking to my "Don't Wait For The Movie" cassette and I got a little bit too excited, and got pulled over by the police for going 110 MPH. The officer gave me my ticket and let me go, but today you will go straight to jail !! I paid a lawyer $200 to make that ticket go away, and the lawyer did what he said he would do, and the ticket NEVER showed up on my driving record, and I NEVER went to court !! A lawyer can NOT do that today, as you WILL go straight to jail as soon as an officer gets you pulled over, and you will lose your Drivers License for a full year !! Don't do it young people !! The 80's was like a whole different era than today !! I am so lucky to have not killed someone during the craziness of my youth !! Don't do 110 MPH !!

The best concert i ever saw combined my two fav bands when White Heart opened for Petra on their ON FIRE TOUR in Detroit in May '89.

To see White Heart and Petra togather, had to be a great concert !! The Best concert that I ever saw was Petra at Six Flags over Texas in 1984 or 1985, it was one of those two years !! Greg X Volts was the lead singer of Petra at that time, and he could belt out some serious vocals back then !! Best concert I have ever seen, and I have been to many !! If you can name a Christian Band or Christian singer from the 80's, I can almost assure you that I saw them in Concert !! To name a few ... White Heart, Micheal W. Smith, Amy Grant, Russ Taff, Bryan Duncan, Steve Camp, Sandy Patti, Degarmo and Key, and the list goes on !!

@@marknemer BTW, concerning the greatness of Rick Florian .... After White Heart broke up in the late 90's , I learned that Rick Florian was working in Real Estate, and in what city he was working in Real Estate. I proceeded to look up Real Estate companies in that city, and found Rick Florian's name on one of them !! I called the number not really expecting what I got, Rick Florian answered the phone to my shock, and he confessed that he was the former lead singer of White Heart !! He was very nice and polite to me, but I did not deserve it, as it was 100% the wrong thing to do !! If I had been him, I would have scolded me at least a little bit, but he never did !! I did not keep him on the phone long, as I was super embarrassed !! Rick Florian is one of the truly great Guys !!

Me too Janet! Love playing these songs. I played for a Twitty production produced by the Twitty family, Randy Johnson, and Anita Cochran. We opened for George Jones for a year. Including opening for him at The Ryman Auditorium. A truly amazing experience!

Kudos to any band that can pull off live what’s been done in the studio & make it sound just as good. I never got to see Whiteheart (too young) but I’ve got a few WH cassettes & they all rock as good now as back then.

terrific job Mark. and the whole band really. I saw the beginning of this tour at the age of 15. with you playing drums. at the Elco in Elkhart. my first real concert really. I remember the drum solo blowing my mind. I went home and starting practicing like never before. now been playing drums for decades. thank you for the inspiration.
