Excellent team performance. Didn't understand a word of the song, but it sounded like some vendors in Africa going "chai garam, garam chai" equivalent in their local language.. 😀♦️

As some who takes lyrical and hip hop as a hobbies, I was looking for inspiration on how to mix the two together and of it had been done before. Not what I expected to find.

There is no way to sugar coat this... it was awful painful to see them do it, as a competition dancer i know that doesn’t belong in a competition. The leggings did not match so they should have gotten points taken off, there, the outfits did not match the first dance. And the ending was super sloppy and they had already used the line. They need WORK!!

This choreo is pretty bad and none of them are In sync I have performed seen dancers age 10 and they are More in sync than any of these dancers Their musicality is totally off half of them out of line and they are all Looking at each other to copy and they need better technique they Are simple moves but not done well they also need better costumes And a better studio but apart from all of that good job at least they Had fun with it

This is painful to watch. When you are in a dance team you need to have your lines straight. You have to know the steps, your mark (your place). You can't be looking at anyone else to know what to do. You have to be on the beat. And there is no room for prima donnas getting out of line and showing off. You're a team. If you're not uniform, you're no good and you won't make national championships let alone regionals unless everyone is slacking in their steps and skills. I trained people that went to nationals and won. So one thing. Absolute secrecy. No dancing the steps outside of the studio in front of anyone. Record from many angles during practice so you know what to do better have three or more coaches on hand to help teach the steps. Be like raptor in your communication and movements. Have calls for certain moves.. That way if someone did steal your routine it doesn't matter. Be watchful for the moles (tattle tales to other dance teams). You need to be able to have absolute trust in each other. If someone breaks that trust they are out. The only way they get back in is a sure sign of proof that they can be trusted and will not betray that trust again. Wardrobe is important. You have to be able to move freely. You don't want wardrobe malfunctions by excess wardrobe.. You also have to catch the attention of the judges. They take off points for immodesty. So be covered where you should be. Hair care and styling is important. And like the wardrobe you want it to not be in the way of your dancing unless it is aesthetic. Make sure shoes fit. And make sure accessories are not a safety hazard and won't fall off during the performance (like a feather boa or a hat falling off and tripping one of the girls. Another reason why being in your spot and on the beat is so important so that there are no injuries and so anyone in the pop's path can pick it up and pass it of stage with flare). Happy dancing!
