It is. He's pouring water into the water reservoir, not straight into the boiler---hence, continuous water feed.

does this steam floors AND carpets? is there any follow up workAFTEr steamaing (ie vaccing the carpet afterwards). is it safe for the marble counterops, walls, etc
@ArianaB8189 ай бұрын
I’m not sure for carpets but it steams tile and grout just make sure to not put the pressure that high
@ussteam93576 ай бұрын
Hi @SeekerFitness - As these are vapor steam cleaners (not hot water like a Stanley steamer) you can use on carpets, but we recommend only for spot cleaning as these machines are designed for hard surfaces. Yes, you can use them on walls, countertops, hardwood floors, tile & grout and much more. You can also use these for clean or sanitizing (removing smells, stains..etc) on furniture, upholstery, and mattresses. If using our Eagle model it doesn't have a vacuum (like our Eagle Plus or Seahawk) so you will need to wipe up or mop after you steam.

I think it’s in really horrible condition because people use this not for the homes but they use it for restaurants or commercial places so it takes a serious beating

Can I use it on carpet
@Coodeville9 ай бұрын
yes
@ussteam93576 ай бұрын
You can use on carpet, but these machines are more designed for hard surfaces. So steaming carpet might take longer (aka there are other ways that are faster than our units), but definitely great for spot cleaning or low profile carpets you will find in more commercial spaces.

any steamer without double tank to refill automatic for continuous operation is a hassle
@ussteam93576 ай бұрын
@Mohamadchanty7717 - We understand that! That is why our Eagle model and others have the continuous fill option. At the price point and depending on the use the Falcon is a great machine for auto detailing or small cleaning projects that don't require a refill.

You can add tapped water? It doesn’t need to be distilled?
@ussteam93576 ай бұрын
Clean filtered water can be used - just might need to descale the machine more often than using distilled as the minerals and other elements in non-distilled water will build up over time.

European commercial steam cleaners are so much advanced than this piece of junk

Could you recommend a specific one? Please
@ussteam93576 ай бұрын
@cleancutguy1892 - All of our steam cleaner and steam vacuums are made in Italy. We do agree with you that European steam cleaners are more advanced and they have the technology around boiler systems as well.

What’s the difference between the eagle and the falcon plus?
@ussteam93576 ай бұрын
Hi @saulpaul7263 - Here are the key differences between the Eagle and Falcon: Eagle: 6 BAR/ 90 PSI Max Temp: 325 degrees (F) Continuous refill Falcon: 4.5 BAR / 70 PSI Max Temp: 305 degrees (F) No continuous refill Falcon is perfect for auto detailing or jobs that require about an hour or so of run time. Eagle is our go to unit for larger jobs - specifically tile & grout.

I ordered and received the Eagle Plus a few weeks ago and just assembled and tested it today in my home and was absolutely blown away by the performance! It's a lil' overkill for my small tiled home but I was so tired of spending hundreds of $$ and wasting time trying to find a suitable machine to clean the way I desired. I let the machine reach the max temp and then initialized the floor adapter in my kitchen and watched several months of grime just literally melt away in seconds! I had originally been using a $175 steamer purchased on Amazon so I knew before hand that steam was the superior way to go on tiled floors. The problem is that it uses cloth pads and you needed a truckload of them to clean an entire house. The combo of very high temp steam, pressure and wet vac is unmatched! I was quoted $750 by Stanley Steemer to clean only a portion of my home based on the # of rooms and not sq. ft. Those companies typically clean tile with a high pressure water extraction machine which does not sanitize. You won't regret owning one of these and you'll be amazed at the results!
