My 37 year old daughter passed away Nov. 3, 2022 of a Fentanyl Overdose. She became addicted a few years ago on prescription Opiods. When she was addicted, the doctors took them away from her. That was when she hit the streets to purchase them. About 2 1/2 years ago, she died from taking pills she got from the streets that were laced with Fentanyl. The person she was with rushed her to the ER and they brought her back to life. She said that she was in counseling for a while and that it had helped her tremendously. Somewhere since then, she got to using Fentanyl. I had no idea... she hid it so well! One month before she passed, she went to church with a friend and that day she re-dedicated her life to God! She called me and told me that for once in her life she felt peace as soon as she walked through the door of the church. Although she re-dedicated, the addiction and the devil were too much for her and she continued using. God loves us so much that He has shown me in different ways, through different people that she is in Heaven today.
