Hi ! Thanks for this very informative video. I have a similar issue but NO LINK does not appears at power on but after a few days (actual delay is random). If I power the unit off then back on, the NO LINK error disappears, but still comes back after a few days and so on. Do you think the procedure described in this video is supposed to fix such an issue ?

If you reboot your PCOWEB remotelly, you will lose COMMs for the period of time in which the PCOWEB will restart. Once it has restarted, it will work off the new settings you would have saved (IP address, subnet mask, gateway etc.) The PCOWEB normally resets in about 3/5 minutes. There are no risks involved... If you accidentally save an reboot the PCOWEB with COMMS fields that you can't access anymore, you will need someone infront of the unit to REBOOT the PCOWEB with the Default settings in order to access the card locally and change your settings to new ones though.

How to reset a PGD1. The default code is not working.

i just replaced a pco1 controller today because the same no link, I read the boot up controller lights which were different everytime I tried to do a open circuit reset, I knew the controller was screwed. The cause the pool climate control maker, I will not mention a name made the air handler with an exposed evaporater line directly above the controller. Well bad bad design evaporator lines get cold and sweat water. Water driped on the board and fried it. New controller and after a 00 reset to the display and a few other software tweeks back to new.
