It's mentioned at the beginning of the video that this is part 2 of this interview, is it really part 2? Because I can't seem to find part 1. Thanks!

Hello, , I recently came across your KZbin channel and was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after conducting a comprehensive analysis, I noticed there is room for improvement for your KZbin channel to get more visitors and subscribers. • Your Video Title and description needs to be improved • You need to use more relevant tags and keywords • Organic promotion of Top social media • High-ranking tag setup (keyword, hashtag) If you want I can do a free KZbin channel audit for you for your better understanding.

A valuable introduction, but I feel like taking 26 minutes to get to the point of the event (web3 PM) was a bit too long. I am deep in the web3 space and love it but I did not learn many particulars about PM in web3 from this event. Was more of a general web3 introduction.

The topic was on how to succeed in the market (in general, particularly in the highly competitive market). Short answer: Speed really matters. And a bit of positioning on the market. Why are only some companies so successful? 6:45 - Mistake 1: Most product teams treat type 2 decisions as type 1 and waste precious time and effort. Types of decisions: Type 1: Not reversible (risky) >> Thinks about it, getting all the info to reduce uncertainty, then act Type 2: Reversible (not so risky) >> Make the decision quickly and act. The question should be "Can we ship it tomorrow?". 22:05 - Mistake 2: Not diversifying your roadmap with different types of bets (product decisions). The roadmap for the quarter should consist of : 1-2 big (type 1) product decisions 2-3 medium product decisions Fill the rest with small bets (type 2 product decisions) and quick wins 26:00 - An example of such roadmap 26:40 - Mistake 3: Spending too much time on discovery. In this part, there were some great ideas for how to get more interviews scheduled.
