If you have the song saved or downloaded you can go to what's known as movie maker on a computer I use my laptop. If you have the song in the music area you are able to go to that app and press add music. After that you can make the vocals higher or lower depending on the song. You are also able to add effects and lyrics. That's how I made this one but there are other places people use I forgot what they are called though sorry but that's what this video was made on.

the first one is Fullmetal Alchemist, then the Naruto, Bleach, and Dead Man's Wonder Land and then later on there is Tokyo Ghoul and Black Rock Shooter then later near the end there is Noragami and Sword Art Online then Fairy Tail and Attack On Titan those are the few that I remember the name of out of the ones I used for this video
