Great video. I noticed you stop using the pagers. Seems like you really don’t need those
@BossMans-Bistro-N-BBQАй бұрын
We always use them unless we are catering a business luncheon or something. They eliminate the need to yell order numbers or names out of the window or use a loud PA system. The pagers also allow the customer to walk around freely while waiting for their food. The pagers get pretty good range of a couple of blocks or so. Thanks for watching.

Great videos but I have a question, wouldn't it be way easier if you put the side items like beans,Mac n cheese, potatoes salid, green beans, etc into individual bowels and your meats can be individually wrapped in foil, have everything assembled, and when your open you can easily assemble meals, fork and spoon can be in wrapper with bread, meals can be assembled quickly without a mess and customers could choose the items without a hassle
@BossMans-Bistro-N-BBQАй бұрын
Sounds good in theory, but not in application. Our meals are served "hot off the line" which is something that we take pride in. The ribs and chicken are fresh cut with the juices flowing upon delivery. Just imagine receiving a steak or chicken breast at your favorite restaurant that was cut and sat in foil in a warmer 30-45 prior to your order...no comparison. And the same goes for the sides. We would rather go through a little inconvenience and extra steps upon service for the enjoyment of our customers. And we're pretty fast with our service times so there's not a long wait for our patrons. Make sure you take a look at our next video to see us in action serving over 60 hungry teachers within an hour. That's about 1 minute per order. Thanks for your question and suggestion. We love the interaction.
@jurnaginАй бұрын
@@BossMans-Bistro-N-BBQ thanks for responding,, also remember you can add more items to menu, sides will be ok in individual containers stacked neatly in a warmer, also remember hungry customers especially at private events won't notice the difference but will enjoy a bigger variety, I'm starting a food truck and have family members with them and the biggest problem is service time
@user-yl9zg7wh6sАй бұрын
why’ are those beans so liquidy?
@BossMans-Bistro-N-BBQАй бұрын
When you add brown sugar or any type of sugar it turns into a syrup (liquid). You can drain your beans but you will also be draining your flavor profile that you built up. So it's best to only remove the extra liquid upon serving the beans. Once your pot or pan is empty, just discard the remaining liquid. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for the comment.

I remember being in the kitchen... learning the right way to make everything from scratch... I remember being in East Texas, way way out in the Piney Woods where they would be in some shanty shack dishin' out good BBQ... all you would get is a slice of white bread... BBQ meat ... pickles and onions and be on your way... Good ole days And now I have the Bob White's BBQ Sauce recipe... "Amen"

My granddaughter loves the videos. Mom mom that lady is showing food again. I promise all I want is 2 scoops of macaroni and cheese and chicken I promise that's all I ask for. Can we go get some? I tell her time and time again we can't go around the corner to get barbecue that it's on television and they work to make these meals and we live too far away to go get BossMan's Bistro. If we didn't live so far away believe me we would have a meal every other day. Every time that meal is put in front of the camera her mouth is wide open. It tickles me macaroni and cheese. I wish you both continued success.
