Camped in the Calf Creek campground for 3 nites August 2018. Highlight of a two week Utah road trip. Granddaughter snagged a campsite right on the creek near a hole perhaps waste deep. The trout hanging on the opposite side would move downstream if you got close. Hiked up to the waterfall. Was looking down when I heard a big crash. Looked up and saw a log shattered the long way. Around 10 minutes earlier, someone was standing under the fall.Who is the idiot with the airhorn?

MooMoo I think I lost 9/10 jigs that day! The crazy part is, when I fish with octopus jigs which generally have two hooks, I don't snag...

Thanks man! We still don't know what that thing was. Near as we could tell, it was a piece of a fish. That's why in the video I said something like "That poor guy...that sucks!" lol!

About a year a go that same part of the lake was cut off into a small pond that held dozens of HUGE catfish and carp, it was cool.

You could at least let the water boil before adding the crabs. Then their death would me more instant. But maybe you want them to suffer? Then its a good idea to throw them in pre-boiling water... :(
