👍👍家人牙齿坏了，医生说要拔牙，不能修补了，她没听医生的，每当牙痛时，含一汤匙柑榄油，每一、两天，补充一片钙片（含维生素D），多晒太阳，一年后牙齿全好了！

是的，绕在手指上几乎没法避免牙线打卷。用双手柄牙线棒（double-handle floss holder）可以避免牙线扭曲，原理是将牙线按方法绕在2支牙线棒上，使用时一手拿一个，不勒手指，简单易学
