In our rural area, we call Mutyora, Hundi, made from maize cobs ash. It was a necessity and we used it mainly for okra, muboora and chimodho! Great vid Chef, keep up the good work.

Such an incredible experience with Deankarra Chef, and all the partners making these videos. Was never a bit fan of okra till this episode. Fried okra my favourite.
