Chess is a game where the board needs to be traditional. Nothing involving tech.

Very interesting interview about his story as an upcoming young chess player and what is really important in life.

Usually chessplayers are bad educated and have nothing to tell. Therefore podcasts or interviews with them are boring; for example they have a childish kind of humour. But the opposite here: The Man has something to tell and then the incredible happens: the host let's him!

I am actually very grateful for this episode with Georg! Very calm, detached and refreshing perspective on chess and life that resonated very much with me. Georg mentioned plenty of interesting thoughts that I will think and reflect about, as someone who is still quit young (23) and will still have to take some descisions in my life. Thank you very much!

Lovely interview with a lovely human. I really enjoyed this, thank you! Nice little bit about dharma too, something I work with and reflect on a great deal, and use as a compass for all my various decisions.

Only small mistake in this poscast that there is no translate so if he speaks fast its hard to understand if you are not familiar with english

Pretty easy to understand with decent English.

im currently working through the checkmate pattern manual on chessable and watching these videos to avoid paying for the video included version which is very expensive and something I paid for on a old account. I must say these videos on the mates are better in every way! fantastic examples, explained by a GM opposed to a IM, because the examples shown aren't in the course you can comfortable watch this video first without it being you cheating your progress and the videos are shorter and more to the point which in the chessable version drag

On the different ways to meditate; you might understand this but 'chess' has been a place I run to when my mind is moving too much or I'm overwhelmed with life in some way. Playing chess clears all the busy/bad stuff out of my head....so it's my meditation. ♟

What a great and inspiring woman! Thank you for creating this podcast! She gave us precious ideas, especially about how to treat past achievements (in chess we are a little bit obsessed with medals/ trophies) and about the process of forgiving.
