@@lievencaekebeke3419 The rafts are made from a lightweight foam, covered in sturdy recycled plastic, held together with cable ties. I have slight concerns about micro-plastic wash off. These have been out all Summer and show no outward signs of deterioration. I know some ecologists use uncovered insulation foam, which I think would be more likely to break down.
