I was 25 working in childcare/after care. I was frequently part of the kids conversations of “I stayed up till [insert late night time].” I’d tell them “look, y’all have a bed time and on the rare occasions you get to ignore it. What’s really cool about being an adult, is I don’t have a bed time. I can go to bed as early as I want.” It always got good laughs.

On that note: As a concerned Christian, I'm most concerned about project 2025. The idea behind it is to forcibly inject Christianity into many spheres of public domain. The goal of Christian Nationalism. I've had this conversation with a lot of other Christian people. Your heart is in the right place. But I'm sure the majority do not realize what terrible damage you'll end up doing to the entire Christian community in America. Separation of church and state is a two-way street. If you do away with this, the government will MOST CERTAINLY start telling you how you ought to be praying. Christian diversity will plummet. This is exactly what happened in England, exactly why the revolution happened in the first place.

Compare this statement of yours "we cannot look at personalities because if we did that then everybody on the ballot this year is disqualified right they've all disqualified" to this statement by the Apostle Paul: "1 Corinthians 5:9-13 New Living Translation (NLT) I meant that you are not to associate with anyone who claims to be a believer yet indulges in sexual sin, or is greedy, or worships idols, or is abusive, or is a drunkard, or cheats people. Don't even eat with such people." Paul knows that everyone he is speaking with is a sinner but there are some disqualified from the company of Christians by their behavior. Trump is an atheist who is pretending to be a Christian and we should, according to Paul, disassociate ourselves from such a person. Trump will completely destroy your Christian witness by becoming a member of his cult. In a public speech, Trump has bragged this: "I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, okay, and I wouldn't lose any voters, okay?" He has you under his mind control. Don't vote for The Jonestown Don.

I think what you’re referring to is, “hard times produce strong men, strong men produce good times, good times produce weak men, and weak men produce hard times”… That’s a vicious cycle, now exacerbated by the media and current administration telling men that they should be women if they feel any emotion whatsoever…it’s disgusting!

God isn’t doing anything is the problem with blaming God for doing stuff he has no control over. Prometheus may have created Humanity but he was only a Titan and Zeus threw him into Tartarus for creating Humans and giving them Fire. Now Chaos has made it very clear he won’t interfere in Humans own destruction but when Zeus tries to make demands towards Chaos to start a War against Humans then Chaos gets into action by throwing Zeus into Tartarus ending the Rapture forever.

When I was a kid, the supermarkets had an employee who collected the carts. They just want to eliminate jobs and have their customers do more work for free. Is self checkout cheaper than going to a cashier? No.

💯% always put your cart 🛒 back period.
@jacobthibodeau66858 ай бұрын
Its simple, just clean up after yourself, if youre going to use that stores property then return it where its supposed to go, even if you didn't get it from one of the return areas, its two mins of your time to do the right thing and also help preventing damage to the cart which happens all the time with dirt and rocks in the wheels from being put on the median and also prevents the carts being blown by the wind into another car causing damages. Just be an adult and clean up after yourself and have integrity.

Just assume every time you see a cart that wasn't returned it was because someone had a baby in the car and didn't want to walk away.

If someone leaves a cartin the median, I have been known to either push it with my car, or choose it as my cart to use in the store.

The other side of the coin is generosity. Be kind and generous to yourself and others. The key words of what he said were "the amount of times". It's very generous to give your time to watch something that your loved one wants to watch occasionally. If you give too much of that time, you set yourself up to be overly generous and deplete yourself. That will lead to you being unkind in response to the request for your generosity.
