Hey there. TF2 enjoyer here. That is a very nice Loco Repair shop you made there. The water pumping station needs a bit of work. Need more pipes and tanks. But it looks good for a small town water station. Also i can suggest that you make your own rivers instead of digging down to find the water level. Rivers made at the water level have that nasty polygonal edge that all water shores have. Something to do with the limitations of the engine. Instead you can get a nice water texture mod and just paint the rivers on flat surfaces with nice opaque water. It saves a LOT of time and you make more realistic looking rivers. Also you can use green cereal textures like corn on the edge of the river to make a nice looking river vegetation with minimal effort. What mods do you use for bridges? You have a nice bridge collection. GG

Yea, not the downtown fortunately, the use for most of the infrastructure there is for the port industrial area and a few smaller interchanges for some lower residential and utilities. Thanks for the feedback though 🙃

Your building skills are impressive, but the video moves too quickly. It would be better to slow down and build fewer things so viewers can recognize and follow along. The frequent jumps between scenes make it hard to understand what's happening.

I will slow them down some on the next part, however it is many hours of footage being played, so maybe some jumps and fades would work better, ill give those a shot. Thanks 🙂

Yea it is a lot of mods, one thing i can recomend with modding especialy with Transport fever is not to load all the mods in at once, slowly put them on 20 to 40 at a time, load into game and make a save, and go back to putting mods on and repeat. There is less of a chance of crashing or corrupting game saves doing mods in chunks or blocks of mods as i call them. And when i say a block im refering to a set or same type of mods, so like say all your locomotive mods would be one block. And all your frieght car mods would be another block, and plants and so forth. Just load them in chunks of like mods.

No mods help with fps, if anything they only hurt the fps, but i am running on a rtx 4090 though, if fps is an issue try increasing your page file size for ats along with putting mirror distance and scaling down a bit

how to play this game with good optimization? I have a ryzen 5 5600G 32Gb Ram 3200mhz and RX 6750 XT and the fps is low

Dont let the internet fool you, my games run pretty low fps as well since they are heavily modded the footage i record is ussually sped up about 10x speed. Some of my newer projects have been as low as 15 fps at tines due to trees and tri counts on assets

The only thing i would say is worth it at the moment is the flying scotsman in ts4 otherwise i would stick to 3 rn if you dont want to fork out the extra cash

i have quite a few builds on the channel already, however im a little burnt out from transport fever 2 having nearly 1500 hours spent in the game. so probably no new transport fever 2 timelapses for a little while. glad you enjoy the content though it means a lot.

just an update for you. i have made an upload schedule for the channel, i have a free day in the schedule open for any content, so saturdays there will be some transport fever 2 videos coming up, not really sure how big the builds will be though so we may start out small with some custom industries or something so i can get back into the swing of tpf2 building.

Yes all assets placed are not driveable, however if you want moving trains in your yard you can use the cargo stations with no building mod on steam workshop and create a route between two different station platforms and buy a train to run on that line

Usually i just show the process of building the structures and laying out the routes for various transportation routes in the timelapses, and save an overview of the area for its own video.
