I can't find the link to upload documents. CT DSS makes it very difficult to locate.

Only when you need to fill-out the "Report Changes" form or when it's time to fill-out a "Periodic Report Form", that link will be found at the bottom of the last page of those forms. Other than that, if you need to send other documents or a letter, etc, you will need to send it by mail. I agree that DSS should still provide that link even when they don't need those forms.

Just here to see how to upload documents. But the option to upload documents isn't even there. Only says apply or take survey. This is not helpful at all.

I came here from the Department of Social Services website itself, from a tutorial on how to upload necessary documents because we were given very little notice that they must have the documents within the next four days or we may lose our benefits. However, there is absolutely no link on the Accounts page to upload any sort of document. I explored the entire website and area around the accounts and it's simply impossible. I'm beginning to believe they don't want you to have benefits at all, they make it that impossible. And there's no way to get through on the phone, either, which we tried before using the website. I'm very disappointed with my experience

When I go to my account it just shows im logged in I CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING but my email and password thats it!! HELP!!!! I NEED TO SUBMIT PAPERWORK!!!

I have tried to associate my case several times and it tells me I already have a client ID. I know that lol ! How do I get around that!?

How does DSS keep track of a parent that graduates from college and gets a full time nursing position? I know many who are just continuing to use HUSKY, because they like that have no co-pay. What incentive is there for those who have evolved, to report these changes? I truly believe there are many families who are not fessing up, when their income increases, substantially. I have even told this person, that they are committing insurance fraud, and they do not care. Guess what? I CARE as a taxpayer and so should the state of CT.

when i log into my account, there is APPLY but no REPORT A CHANGE option. How do I get that?

Our apologies for not responding sooner. We hope the following will be helpful to you and other visitors: You can only report changes once you have associated your client ID to your MyAccount. To associate your case, please login and on the case association page, enter the last four digits of your social security number, your DSS client ID and the four digit year in which you were born. Then click the “associate case” button. That will bring you into the MyAccount for your case data. Look below the address block and there will be a link to report changes online. Hope this helps!

@@ctdss2612 every time I try to associate my case it says I already have a client ID( I know that) so know what do it do??
