Its on top right side: To download a ligand library from PubChem: Navigate to PubChem and search for the ligand(s). Click on the compound name to access its page. Download the structure file in your preferred format (SDF, SMILES, PNG, etc.). Open the downloaded file using chemical drawing software like ChemDraw or MarvinSketch.

Depends on your expertise and interest....The Biotech sector is a broad sector with huge prospects but usually requires both wet and dry lab skills... BCA will only require dry skill...
