Do you bake these for an hour on 400?

Bakes at 350 for 50-60 mins, the psyllium takes long to cook since it absorbs a lot of liquid.

I made them today, they turned out beautiful, however I thought they might benifit from a bit of sugar free sweetener. I rewatched the video and saw that the ingredients on the screen mentions sweetener. How much would you recommend?( I have a SF honey.)

Oh I'm so glad it turned out well for you. you're right, I did add some sweetener and it was 1 tbsp. I think this is also up to taste as well so you can adjust based on what you'll use it for, sweet or savory. I like eating it with cream cheese and a SF jam!

May I have the recipe, and would I be able to use sunflower seeds flour instead of almond flour? Thank you.

Here you go: 1⁄3 cup (1¾ oz.) ground psyllium husk powder 1¼ cups (5 oz.) almond flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp sea salt 1 cup water 2 tsp cider vinegar 3 egg whites 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional) I'm not sure about sunflour seed flour, I've never used it but if you try it, let me know how it turns out!
