Do you still use the flow sensor (with both the blue and white pressure tubing) with other non invasive modes? Is the blue ncpap pressure tubing just for ncpap? Also can you run HHFNC in any way off that ventilator?

No need for hme?

NO HME in neonates. Dead-space in an HME is more than the patients VT. Passover humidification only with a heated wire circuit if you have the option.

I'm struggling to follow a bit here. It would personally help me with more examples of your expanding doing the way. Thank you either way.

good day Survival Flight Education, My name is Nolan, I work for a Aeromedical Medical Company In Cape Town, South Africa... We do NCPAP, almost on a daily basis. including peads, on the rare occasion. One thing that I've noticed, is that these "little people" at time are a bit difficult to settle in when seperared from the mother. have you guys ever done flights with neonates, with KMC as a mode of transportation as appose to incubators.
