A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. You can wish in one hand and doo doo in the other, see which one fills up faster….this pile of crap isn’t going anywhere but sideways. No new significant contracts, no new nothing. All smoke and mirrors with this company. No one is running to get this these products, in fact, on the news the other day, I just a large company get a data organizing software for medical management and it wasn’t Palantir. These guys are full of themselves and their product isn’t as good as they tout it to be

From $21 to $70 in 5 years is about 27% annually. If PLTR can keep growing revenues at > 20%, it's possible. $50 is only 19% / year. The only thing I can guarantee is that it won't be a smooth rise.

The problem with this palantir youtube guys is that they try to be so fundamentaly correct. They try too hard not to be called hype/stockpumpers, that they completely ignore market volatility , hype cycles , and massive rallies . I have been a trader since 2015 and I'm a true believer that palantir will hit 100$ is a shorter time period maybe 2 years Due to hype/insiderbuying/ SPY inclusion among other catalyst. The rally will be made in a 5 day course and then it will consolidate after pulling back 30% from its high. The question is are you going to sell at 100$ or hold for the next 10 years?

I think this is great. It aligns employees with the success with of the business while not diluting shareholders, who also happen to be shareholders. This is an addition to their already nice compensation (Salary + Bonuses + SBC). Knowing their culture, this is a really good idea because it probably passed a lot of valid criticism from the employees and the leaders who don’t hesitate to share their thoughts. Bullish as hell

lots of leaders sell shares - it has nothing to do with their faith in the business. its sometimes part of their contract and preset so they can't change these selling schedules

Incentive to employee is a must. TSMC US sales received $100k as salary per year 10 years ago but the bonus is ~300k (yes 300）per year.

@@alexhurley7617 You're comparing apple's and eggs. Nvidia sells hardware. Palantir sells software solutions fueled by AI, Tesla sells EV's. It's not because AI is a key word for those companies that they do anything comparable and a comparable market. Truly a clueless comment, i'm sorry to say.

I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio dwindle away is such an eye -sore.

There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

Karp is playing for keeps. There is no weakness in his commitment towards developing US global dominance in the software driven war fighting platform(s). He is uber-passionate about protecting our western values and society. He's not afraid to tell the world just what exactly drives PLTR and motivates him each day. I just hope he doesn't get lured into the public service domain and step over into that public political realm, rather he keeps doing what he's doing and keeps his corporate politics behind closed doors while influencing the bean counters carrying the purse.
