Grea ribald humour from a time when people weren't so upset or easily offended. Unlike today's generation of snowflakes. 😄

I was on holiday in Weymouth when there was a Nato exercise taking place. Whilst Phillips had shells fired at him, while we were on board a small tourist boat sailing around the ships, the US Navy began depth charge practice!

What is a "matrix code"?
@hardcorescm2 ай бұрын
A matrix code or number is an alphanumeric code (and on occasion, other symbols) stamped or handwritten (or a combination of the two) into the run-out groove area of a phonograph record. This is the non-grooved area between the end of the final band on a record's side and the label, also known as the run-off groove area, end-groove area, matrix area, or "dead wax".

One thing of course. Commanders do not command HDML nor are inspections conducted without the appropriate signal. But, hey this is Navy Lark. a bunch of great actors.

A tremendous book; an incredibly well done play and reader. First class BBC. Notice how he doesn't Rush; he keeps it slow and natural. Thank god Libribox morons haven't been able to understand it's not a race to the finish. This is so good.!

Pertwee and Dennis Price, bother originals of the radio series, we're both cast in the film. Finding that Price was gay the director refused to cast him. Pertwee withdrew from the movie because of the directors action.
