Correction: Catherine Neilson was not in London's Burning, Katherine Rogers (with whom I was at RADA) was the first female fire fighter in the series, there were others but none of them was Catherine Neilson.

Flew Pan Am from LHR-LAX back in 1985 to attend funeral services and the wake of my 13-year old cousin who'd been killed in the Delta 191 crash at DFW. SADDEST & MOST NERVE-WRACKING flight of my life. And I was only 12. 😭

To see these Brits doing John McEnroe and company was perfect. That was a time when doing other countries accents was kinda so-so.. they did a perfect job. Bravo!

the Zak sketch at 6:18 was made after The Southern Television broadcast interruption. a broadcast signal intrusion that occurred on 26 November 1977 in parts of southern England in the United Kingdom. The audio of a Southern Television broadcast was replaced by a voice claiming to be Vrillon, represent the 'Ashtar Galactic Command', delivering a message instructing humanity to abandon its weapons so it could participate in a 'future awakening' and 'achieve a higher state of evolution'. After six minutes, the broadcast returned to its scheduled programmes 🙂
