Also if ya dig this on Woodstock youtube 😀 you may enjoy the song " Most of All " By Glenn Kaiser and Where Roses Grow Live by Rez Band Awesome songs check them out. I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and a good question to ask yourself if you were to die today would you go to heaven ? Culinary Institute is not in New Paltz (and neither is Mohonk btw.) Culinary Institute is in Hyde Park. And it's not Ryde Park either.)

Why do an apartment tour without showing the bathroom ! If you knew you were showing an apt. tour you should have cleaned the bathroom ! But your place is very nicely decorated!

Sorry, but the bathroom was cleaned. And you can see a scene at 13:06. A bathroom is just a bathroom. I didn't think it was too important. It is just because the first one we use more for storage some stuff.

whoa that's a great price! What was the upfront price though from the start/get go (including first/last month rent, application fee, security deposit, renters insurance, any realty service/assistance )?

We paid a security deposit, broker fee (one month rent) and an application fee

I love your apartment. Mine is a 1 bedroom for 2395 so 405 more you have an extra bedroom and bathroom. Great steal. ❤️

Gm for rent that amount you can own a house for that maybe in New York but more likely in New Jersey. It's a good size nice n neat but a house would make more sense for what u r paying.

Thank you! For now, we don’t wanna leave the city. Rentals are more expensive here, we just have to accept that lol 😂 but I know that for this apt in nyc was a great deal. Maybe one day we leave, who knows right

Keep in mind buying is not an option for everyone. First, you need to save a large downpayment and second, you would need to commute well over an hour to get anything within a reasonable price. You can't buy an apartment for the same price in Manhattan. Even Brooklyn and parts of New Jersey are not even an option. You're looking at Queens. The Bronx. Staten Island or Long Island. And this isn't going to be a house. Of course. It's an apartment.

Love this so much! Thank you for sharing this video! I hv never been to NYC, but at the beginning of this year my husband and I made a plan to visit NYC to celebrate our anniversary, which is this month. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we have to cancel this plan. Hopefully next year pandemic will be over and we can finally go to there!

Great space. You forgot to mention how great it was to have the walk-in closet and extra bathroom, too. Yes, you are right, prices have dropped, but, many of those units are likely NOT rent stabilized, and could be jacked way up after the pandemic passes and NYC bounces back. Good philosophy about organization etc. I have always been a bed-maker, but need to organize pantries, closets better.

Oh yeah, it is very convenient to have an extra bathroom. The closet could be bigger, to be honest haha, but it is fine! Organization is everything! I think sometimes we don’t realize that right. This year was a game changer for me.
