Great info here that can help out both large and small companies. I found it suprising that responding to reviews makes such a big difference to GMB results. LOL at "Google loves themselves." :)

Would you say you got more leads through FB ads than using Google Ads?

Yes, lead flow is higher on FB, quality tends to be higher on Google though
