This place reminds me of a cleaner version of Ichizas in Vegas. The food looks amazing... great job!

Wow I have to say the food looks delicious makes me feel hungry. If I was there I would be really suprised walking inside. The izakaya really looks like if I was in one in Japan. This video has great camera work everything was captured well. The sake pairings make me want to try it with those dishes especially with the grilled fish. Thank you for sharing your recommendations now I have New nihonshu to try.

Ebesu has probably the best sushi I have tried in DFW. The bento box is fantastic. I have liked everything on the menu that I have tried. Now it seems I have to get sake to go the next time I order.
